Arugula, Beet, Goat Cheese salad

This Arugula, Beet, Goat Cheese salad takes two minutes to make and never gets old. What really gives it a kick is the Herbes de Provence dressing. Enjoy!


Combine:
Arugula
1/2 Avocado
1/2 cup of Goat Cheese
2 Beets (We buy the pre-cooked version)

For the dressing: 
1/2 cup of olive oil
1 tsp Herbes de Provence
Lemon and Salt to taste
