Cornbread Salad seems to be the perfect comfort Salad to get through the day.

This could not be easier to make! 

Ingredients:
Crumble cornbread (we like 

Honey blend)
Crumble bacon
30 oz of pinto beans
3 tomatoes chopped
1 cup green bell pepper
1 cup chopped green onion
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
22 oz corn, drained or defrosted
Ranch Dressing to taste (we used 



Directions:
You have enough ingredients to make two layers so halve your ingredients and then add in this order:
Cornbread, Beans, Tomatoes, Bell Pepper, Green Onions, Cheese, Corn, Bacon, Salad Dressing.

Note, we did not use all the cornbread, we used just enough to create a thin layer each time and it was perfect.
