Espresso Brownies

Ingredients—

1 cup butter

2 1/4 cups sugar

4 eggs

1 cup cocoa powder

1 tsp. salt

1 tsp. baking powder

2-3 tsp. espresso powder

3 tsp. vanilla extract

1 1/2 cups flour

2 cups dark chocolate chips

 

Directions—

Preheat oven to 350 degree and grease a brownie pan. Melt the butter. While still hot, add sugar and stir together. Combine eggs, cocoa, salt, espresso, baking powder, and vanilla. Add butter/sugar mixture. Stir until smooth. Add in flour and chocolate chips. Pour batter into greased 9x13 brownie pan and bake 25-30 minutes. Allow brownies to cool before serving.
